Your right to be forgotten is fundamental. At Jeros E-Mart, we provide transparent steps to permanently remove your personal data from our platform.
Deletion Procedures
1. Request Submission: Email jeroscustomer@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” using your registered email address.
2. Identity Verification: We may verify your identity using OTP or confirmation methods to prevent unauthorized deletions.
3. Processing Timeline: Requests are processed within 30 days after successful verification.
4. Data Retention: Financial and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
5. Third Parties: Integrated partners (payments, logistics) will be notified, subject to their own retention policies.
6. Backups: Encrypted backups may retain residual data for up to 90 days for disaster recovery.
7. Confirmation: A final confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete. Data cannot be recovered thereafter.
